I know it has been way too long since I've last posted! I apologize - but things have been very busy and I wanted to update you! I am currently in the works of planning out a years worth of bi-weekly workout videos. 

I will be consistently posting a free online video which will demonstrate the workout, along with a newsletter explaining the idea around it which will include whole workout in writing so you can print it out and do it on your own.

My goal is to start airing these by the end of June - stay tuned!

Also, if there are any types of workouts or specific things you'd like to work on please write to me at OR post a comment here.
I will do my best to address all comments and requests :)
